This classic soothing herb from Egypt has been popular for years for its calming and mild sleep inducing effects. It is thought that the antioxidants found in chamomile aids in reducing anxiety and promoting sleep. Said to have a flavor similar to apples, this flower is used in many Tea Sip teas and tisanes.
