Minimum opening order is $200, exclusive of shipping costs. There is no minimum for reorders. All new customers must fill out the new account application form before orders can be shipped or picked up in store. All items must be ordered according to case packs and the minimum quantities specified in the catalog.

All orders must be paid in full prior to fulfillment beginning. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please note that using a credit card will expedite your shipment. If prepaying with a company check, please submit payment in full including shipping charges and allow at least two weeks for check clearance. The order placed using a check will not be released until the check is deposited and is cleared by both the issuing financial institution and Tea Sip LLC’s bank. A $10 bad-check fee will be charged for all checks refused by your bank due to insufficient funds.

SHIPPING/IN STORE PICK UP
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Houston, TX. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, unless special shipping instructions are requested. All shipping costs are charged to the customer. Special shipping requests are subject to additional charges and must be specified in advance of order processing.
Orders placed and selected for in store pick up will be notified when orders are ready to be picked up. Orders are available to be picked up at Tea Sip LLC, at 321 W 19th St., Ste A, Houston, TX, 77008, Monday through Friday from 10am to 7pm. Unless expressly agreed upon by Tea Sip LLC, in writing, no orders may be placed and picked up on the same day and additional expedited charges may apply.
Turnaround times for orders vary throughout the year. We do our best to have orders ready to be shipped or available for store pick up within 5 business days from order payment. The lead time on your order may be extended due to an influx of orders (i.e. during the holidays) or ingredient supply issues.
Wholesale customers may not participate in Tea Sip LLC's loyalty program.
All returns must be preapproved and will be issued a return authorization number. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. All freight charges on return shipments must be prepaid. Products sold are on a nonreturnable basis unless damaged on arrival or as result of our error. We pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. To qualify for a claim, please contact us within 10 calendar days from date of receipt.
Products cannot be repackaged or rebranded and sold or given away without Tea Sip LLC’s express written authorization.
